Course description
Two day instructional training designed to teach and enhance training effectiveness. Learn to control difficult audience members, and how to use room arrangements and training materials to your advantage. Learn the keys to adult learning and methods and techniques to hold interest and keep participat attention. Develop high “job transfer” training programs and Fast Trac employee training programs. Create student accountability for learning and ultimately measure training effectiveness in dollars and cents.
