Objective:
Provide staff members who have supervisory responsibility the essential leadership principles and skills that apply in their daily work duties.

• Discover your personality style thru self analysis
• Learn how to deal with the different employee personality styles you will encounter within your staff
• Develop an employee personality profile sheet (template provided)
• Become a more skilled communicator – words, voice, and non verbal
• Learn the power of positive words when you must communicate a negative message
• Recognize the roll of attitude in the communication process
• Understand what your employees are telling you with their body language and what you might be communicating with yours’
• Learn specific listening skills for different situations
• Achieve more each day through better time management (self management)
• Receive a time analysis work sheet to understand how you use your time
